The property sits in the perfect balance of countryside as well as being conveniently positioned for commuting to nearby Bristol, Bath, and Wells.

.

About the inside
Swift Barn is entered through a large spectacular entrance hall with vaulted ceiling which leads off to the accommodation ahead. Step through the French doors to the right of the hall which leads to the living space with another vaulted ceiling, exposed oak A-frames and brick chimney breast which acts as the centre point to the room. From here is a formal dining space which steps down to the kitchen with bespoke oak units, granite worktops, space for less formal dining and access to the utility and cloakroom. The bedrooms are situated at the other end of the barn with the ground floor providing three double rooms and a large bathroom off an inner hallway. Upon entering through the entrance hall straight ahead leads to the Master bedroom. This is an impressive room which has a large en-suite and double doors into a dressing a room.

.

About the outside
Outside the property is a large driveway in front of the double garage. Above this double garage is a home office which is accessed via an external staircase with balcony overlooking the grounds. The gardens that surround the property are well maintained and Swift Barn's paddock is approximately 1.25 acres and surrounded by further countryside with a stable, tack room & hay storage at the bottom.

.

About the area
Temple Cloud offers good access to Bristol, Bath, and Wells. Within the village there is a primary school, petrol station, public house, general store and doctors' surgery whilst the neighbouring towns and cities of Midsomer Norton and Wells provide a wider range of local facilities and several good restaurants in nearby villages. Mainline rail services are available from Bristol and Bath whilst Bristol International Airport is a short drive away. The surrounding area has several facilities including several farm shops, golfing at Farrington Gurney, sailing at the Chew Valley lakes and tennis at Pensford and the schooling in the area is excellent. Directions: Travelling into Temple Cloud along the A37 take the left hand turning onto East Court Road just before the village doctors surgery. Proceed along the lane for a short while passing properties on both the left and right hand side. Once you see the Killens Estate Agents for sale board at the end of the driveway, take the right hand turning onto the gravelled driveway. Follow the driveway around to the left and then Swift Barn can be found on your left hand side.
