ARLA Propertymark has a strict code of conduct and whilst this is not required by law, we became members in order to show our dedication to the industry and to give our clients extra peace of mind in the knowledge that they are dealing with a conscientious, professional agent. We are also member for The Property Ombudsman and The Deposit Protection Service.
