The village of Trysull centres around the historic All Saints Church; it is believed a church has stood on the site for at least 1000 years, and also benefits from pubs, primary school, cricket pitch with pavilion and a village hall.

Further amenities are available in nearby Wombourne whilst more extensive amenities are to be in Wolverhampton, where there is access to the M54 (M6) providing links to all parts of the West Midlands and beyond.

There is a regular main line rail service from Wolverhampton and Birmingham International airport is about 30 miles away.
