The original cottage dates back to the late 19th century and is constructed in a Jacobean style. It is of red brick which was originally partly exposed but is now fully rendered and has applied timber framing and fishscale tile panels. The bespoke, handmade kitchen was designed and fitted by Grand Union Designs in Daventry and has solid wood units and solid wood doors which are hand painted in Farrow and Ball. First Floor

Northill Church of England Lower School is rated good by Ofsted, and the private Harpur Trust schools in Bedford are approximately 7 miles away.
