Outside, the lodge has fully enclosed decking to front side and rear.
On entry, there is a large cupboard housing boiler with space for hoover ironing board etc.
Lounge area open plan with sofa bed, 2-seater sofa and chair, matching large foot stool. Coffee table, electric fire with television mounted above and patio doors to front of the lodge.
Dining area, open plan with table 6 chairs sideboard and shelving unit.
Well fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, dishwasher, washer drier side by side fridge/freezer, built in microwave and plenty of cupboard space.
All windows in open plan area fitted with wide wood effect venetian blinds.
