Thought to date back to the early part of the 19th century and built of local stone under a thatched roof, Azrea is a Grade II listed former farmhouse with attached barn and cow byre. The three elements form an L-shape with the farmhouse in the centre and it was completely renovated about 20 years ago. This project included converting the barn to create an impressive, single reception room on the ground floor with glazed door openings on both sides. These look out over open countryside behind and down towards the River Win at the front. The upper part of the barn within the roof space now imaginatively incorporates the principal bedroom and en suite on one side connected to a dressing room/study on the other by a suspended landing, which looks out on both sides through the barn door openings and down to the drawing room below. Adjacent to it is the large kitchen/breakfast room fitted with a range of units including a large, central island incorporating a breakfast bar, granite work surfaces and Rangemaster gas and electric range cooker inset in a fireplace. It also has lovely views over the gravelled yard at the front of the house towards the River Win with countryside beyond. Off the kitchen and at the back of the house is the garden room which currently serves as a dining room and has views over the surrounding countryside. The first floor of the farmhouse is characterised by lovely oak flooring and exposed roof and ceiling timbers and comprises three en-suite double bedrooms, two with bathrooms and the third with a shower room.

Azrea is approached off a quiet country lane via a driveway that passes over a bridge crossing the River Win before splitting to the house and the property's equestrian facilities. Immediately in front of the house is a sizeable, gravelled yard that provides parking for several vehicles. Along one side and extending from one side of the house is a long, thatched cattle byre with a garden store at one end, behind which is the vegetable garden. Behind the house is a sheltered, south-west/north-west facing, paved terrace accessible from the living room and garden room. Attached at one end of the barn are an independent, single storey office and adjacent store. Across a concrete yard is a modern, American barn encompassing five internal loose boxes, two double loose boxes, two feed stores and seven further outward-facing loose boxes. Beside the barn is a good-sized parking area suitable for horse lorries. Beyond it is an all-weather menege surfaced with Equitrack with recently renewed subsurface drainage. The yard and land has income potential, as it has been previously operated as a commercial livery yard. The grazing extends out on three sides of the property and is divided into six paddocks.
