1. There is no current s42, a historic s42 notice was served and has lapsed however the
Landlord responded and is happy to grant an extension subject to the premium being
agreed.
2. The freeholders has made follow up comments to the Sellers SPIF as follows;
a. in the answer to 2 disputes - no and no. Whereas there is a longstanding dispute as
to service charge. The Seller has stated directly to the Landlord my quarterly
payment will be made under protest considering our ongoing dispute" and the Seller
has further confirmed that all outstanding service charges will be paid to
completion.
b. Per 10.3, she claims the roof has been repaired - it has not, and part of the dispute
relates to the expenditure for this.

Form as follows;
