Latimer is owned and run by Carla Lester.  With her thirty year career in Estate Agency, Carla brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business and is supported by a friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated team.  We let both furnished and unfurnished properties and offer a full management service for landlords, should they require it.  We have a large database of prospective tenants and liaise with relocation agents, corporate companies and Kingston Borough Council.  We are also on the Kingston University student accommodation website. Sarah Clayton heads the Lettings Team and is a member of ARLA in her own right, with over fifteen years of lettings experience. Carla  has been selling property for three decades and has the expertise and understanding necessary to ensure the process is as straightforward as possible.
