Buying off plan we had our pick of the apartments, we chose this one because we particularly liked the view - we think it's still one of the best, as it overlooks the marina and beyond. We enjoy using the balcony with its variety of boats to watch by day and our evenings are often spent just sat enjoying the sunset and relaxing. Our space is so big and bright it was once nicknamed our "hotel" by a friends' daughter when she came to stay for her "best holiday ever!"

The apartment is great for accessing the safe family beach, just a short walk past all the pretty beach huts on the prom' which is really convenient for launching my paddle board from. We enjoy going for long nature walks so we really like our apartments' location because there's so much to see and do from Brightlingsea.

Located by the waterside in the coastal town of Brightlingsea, around eleven miles from Colchester. Brightlingsea is a bustling town with a good selection of shops, schools, and amenities. Ideal for sailors and yachting enthusiasts among us, as well as other outdoor lovers, with sports and recreational clubs nearby. The property is close to sandy beaches and colourful beach huts provide plenty of opportunities for a fun family day out. A number if lovely walks along the seawalls offer ramblers and birdwatchers the opportunity to enjoy the diverse flora and fauna that abound around this beautiful corner of the Essex Sunshine Coast.
