• An outline project programme showing costings of the proposals.
• Details of experience in the delivery of the proposed use or similar projects
• Evidence of funding to deliver the proposals
• Financial offer and details of required lease arrangements
• Other information felt appropriate
The Council are happy to have an informal chat with interested parties and to clarify any questions to assist the submission of expressions of interest.

Buile Hill Park is conveniently located within the city and benefits from excellent links to surrounding destinations, the A6 which offers links to the greater region is approximately 0.6 miles away.
