Outside

Lockleys Farm is set within a pretty garden with different areas to enjoy. It is predominantly laid to lawn, and bordered by shrubs and trees. There is also a small woodland area to one side. There are a variety of outbuildings including a couple of stores and a grass track leading down to a steel framed barn which the current owners use for parking. There is also a detached red brick barn which could lend itself to conversion (STPP). The land beyond the house is flat and currently divided into three paddocks.

Directions
From Ludlow head south towards Leominster. Continue towards Leominster taking the first exit at the first and second roundabouts. Continue along this road towards Bromyard. After a few miles turn left towards Hatfield. The property can be found towards the end of the village on the right hand side.
