At the front of this lodge is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room which make most of the amazing views the south westerly outlook with a lovely large windows and patio doors allowing in lots of natural daylight. With every little luxury you could possibly wish for, your relaxation starts almost instantaneously in The Clearwater. Benefitting from all the mod cons you would need, featuring a beautiful open plan layout and boasting a contemporary décor, this fabulous holiday lodge is packed with no end of high spec features and is tailor made for a spot of thoroughly modern escapism. The living room benefits from two sofas and plush neutral carpets, electric flame effect heater, a built-in entertainment system with ceiling speakers and patio doors out to the sun drenched decking area, perfect for you and the family to relax and unwind after a day at the beach and flows seamlessly into the convenient, spacious dining area with a stylish dining table in front of a large window, perfect for that family get together or entertaining with friends. Adjacent is the generous kitchen area which includes a number of fitted wall and base units along with integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, double oven and four burner hob with extractor over. The lodge features two fantastic sized bedrooms off the hallway, each boasting plenty of space. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a stylish dressing room with fitted storage along with a spacious shower ensuite. The second bedroom benefits from two 3' single beds and a further walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. The family bathroom includes a modern white suite comprising a bath with thermostatic shower over, wc and basin.  

LOCATION AND LIFESTYLE... Heathland Beach Holiday Park, Kessingland is in a beautiful part of Suffolk and has direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. Located close to the seaside town of Lowestoft, it is also central to many local landmarks. For family fun, Africa Alive zoo is only just down the road and Pleasurewood Hills theme park is also nearby, between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.

There are plenty of things to do, as well as places to explore. The surrounding area hosts many outdoor sporting activities, including swimming, golf, ten pin bowling, horse riding and roller skating. There are also many opportunities for relaxing nature walks, picturesque cycle rides and boating.

Great Yarmouth is host to twelve amusement arcades within two square miles. This fabled "Golden Mile" also attracts millions of visitors each year due to its sandy beaches, Sea Life Centre, the Pleasure Beach amusement park and much more.

History fans will love visiting Dunwich, otherwise known as the lost city. Time Team visited this ancient village in 2011 and you too can explore its long heritage. From the heritage trails to the Dunwich Museum, there is plenty to see and do here.

Southwold is also just a short drive away. Visit the Victorian pier, beach hut-lined promenade and the world famous Adnams Brewery. There are also tours of the lighthouse and, if you're visiting us between May and September, the Southwold Summer Theatre feature performances.
