DESCRIPTION
Rose Cottage is charming two bedroom cottage (situated a short distance to the west of Ailnach). The property is entered through a part glazed front door into the front hallway giving access to both bedrooms which have fitted wardrobes. From the front hall a door leads into the sitting room which is a bright room with open fireplace and stone surround. Steps lead down into the fully fitted kitchen which has a small area for dining. The back hallway gives access to the bathroom, store cupboard and door leading to garden.

On entering Craigrothie from the north (Cupar) take the first turning on the left onto Old Mill Road and follow this road for a short distance where the shared entrance to Rose Cottage is on the left handside.
