"Even before buying a house here we were regular visitors to Harborne High Street, so when looking for somewhere to buy our first ever property it was a no brainer. My wife and I both work in the city centre so can easily take a bus, scooter, cycle, or even walk into the city. We have opened up between the kitchen and dining room which lets light flow through the house and by moving the downstairs toilet to under the stairs we have created a much more functional use of space and significantly increased storage in the pantry. We have loved entertaining in our house at all times of the year, whether it's getting the BBQ out in the south-west facing garden, or getting cosy in front of the fire. And if we don't fancy hosting, we are always spoilt for choice with brilliant pubs, restaurants and bars within walking distance."
