The House
For over 50 years Potton Homes have designed and built high quality self-build homes around
the country. Their construction is often identifiable by the visible timber frame on display throughout the houses and this home is no exception. Built by the current owners in 1988, this house is very tradition in design, with Tudor influences in the aesthetics and also enjoys a generous plot with good frontage.
The construction method blends decorative brickwork detailing and chunky timbers to give
a sturdy and architecturally pleasing home. A feature that is particularly impressive is the triple aspect living room with a large inglenook fireplace.
