The building is located opposite Huddersfield Bus station and very close to the Railway Station which makes it handy for transport links. Sainsburys supermarket is a stones throw and its central for the Town Centre shops, bars and restaurants.
Once in the building through the secure fobbed entry door there is a spacious entrance area with post boxes and a lift or stairs to the rooms. Each 'pod' is accessed via a secure entry door and each room is individually locked. There is CCTV also on site for extra security.
Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes a small double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, comfy chair and flat screen TV. All rooms have a modern en suite shower room. The building has an on site laundry which is at extra cost and pay per wash via an app so very easy to use.
The communal areas are shared between the 'pod' which are either 2, 3, 4 or 5 rooms per shared area. All communal areas have a fully fitted kitchen, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster with designated eating and sitting areas and all have a large flat screen TV.
Gas, Elec, Water and WiFi are all included in the weekly rent. Rents are per person per week from £120.00. Deposits are £450.00.
We offer long and short term leases and will work with you to a payment schedule that works for you. Dundas Works is popular with all Students from the UK and Overseas.
