We know things can get a little stressful, so we’ve installed an on-site gym for you to unwind after a busy day! Decked out with top of the range equipment, there’s no need to purchase a gym membership elsewhere when you can access it from the comfort of your own home.

For those who prefer unwinding with friends, we have many areas in The Fitzalan which are best suited for bigger groups. Why not invite your besties over and book out the boujee cinema room? Or, maybe you and your pals are a competitive bunch, if so, you have to get involved in our pool and table tennis tournaments, which take place in the on-site games room! Even spaces such as the common room and communal kitchen are fantastic for socialising and meeting others who live here!

Rents are all-inclusive so no need to worry about those unexpected bills! There is even a 24-hour reception, on-site maintenance team and secure fob entry access throughout the building to help you feel extra secure and safe.

Our stunning Classic Studio has everything the modern student needs to live in sheer comfort. Get cosy in your ¾ size bed and enjoy your own private en suite. There’s plenty of storage space included so you never have to worry about where you’re going to store all of your things. Make the studio your own and decorate your noticeboard with study reminders and photos and when it’s time to focus, sit at your desk and crack on! Thinking about food? You can cook a delicious meal in your modern kitchen which includes a combination oven, a fridge/freezer, an induction hob and a built-in extraction fan. *Room size can vary from 20m2 to 22.5m2.

There is a security deposit of 99 GBP.
