Situation
21 Stanely Crescent is situated on the fringe of the city of Paisley in an area known as Stanely. Stanely is just at the foot of the Gleniffer Braes and Stanely Crescent is a quiet mature residential district of the area.

The house faces due south and it occupies one of very few sites which immediately fringe Stanley Reservoir. The gardens extend to the water’s edge and the views from the house are uninterrupted across the reservoir and towards the Gleniffer Braes.

There is a wealth of retail, entertainment and other facilities within the locality, including food retail, and Silverburn and Breahead shopping centres are approximately a 10 minute drive away.

Paisley has excellent primary and secondary schooling and a bus pick up/drop off point within the district can take school children to the independent Hutchesons Grammar (7.3 miles) which has a long-held record of academic achievement. Paisley is also home to the University of The West of Scotland.

Travel links are wide and varied, frequent local bus and train services, good road networks providing fast motor car access to Glasgow and beyond via the M8. The Erskine Bridge, some 9 miles away, gives access via the A83 to Loch Lomond (approx. 30 minutes). The Clyde coast is similarly reached in approx. 30 minutes.

Glasgow City Centre is only 10.7 miles away and, as with most major cities, benefits from a thriving retail sector and a full range of professional and leisure services. Glasgow International Airport is a convenient 3.5 miles to the north.

In Scotland one is never too far from a golf course and Paisley is no exception. Paisley Golf Club (Bushes), Fereneze Golf Club and Ralston Golf Clubs are nearby inland parkland courses and further afield in Ayrshire there are the internationally renowned golf courses of Turnberry, Royal Troon and Prestwick.

Paisley has the Lagoon indoor water centre and nearby Braehead Soar leisure centre with its cinema, indoor skiing, boarding, bowling and climbing wall, all situated at the Braehead retail village. The David Lloyd tennis, fitness and conditioning centre is within a 10 minute drive.

Travel Directions
From Paisley town centre proceed in a Southernly direction on the A726. From the crossing with the A761 continue south on Causeyside St for 0.2 miles. Bear right onto Calside Continue on Calside, which becomes Park Road and Stanley Road for 1.4 miles before turning right into Stanely Avenue. Continue up Stanley Avenue then turn left onto Stanely Grove, then immediate right onto Stanley Crescent. Proceed around Stanley Crescent to find number 21 on the left hand side.

Full profileProperty listingsHome Report
The business model of Estate Agency and Lettings distribution has changed, no longer do people pour over local papers searching for their dream home; no longer do they need to look in estate agents' windows or queue to discuss search criteria with estate agency or lettings receptionists. In recognising this, we have changed too, we have evolved to develop an efficient business model which pro-actively distributes property globally via our well managed database and digitally via the world wide web. Good systems are important to us, however, Estate & Lettings Agency is a people business, our people have been carefully selected for their scope of property and customer interfacing expertise. We recruit intelligent, clear thinking and articulate property professionals. The team has an average of 20 years’ experience in the industry and we are proud to have been behind some of the most high profile and often complex sales and property asset management deals in the West of Scotland. At Robb Residential we can’t say we are the largest firm, we’re not. At Robb Residential, we can’t say we are the smallest firm; we’re not. Our point of difference lies in our people and in the delivery of service excellence. The Robb Residential team owns and shares in its commitment to delivering that service excellence, and so what we can say with a measure of assured confidence is that we will be the best.
