Thurlestone village is a bustling community with plenty of activity and offers a spectacular links golf course, an award winning hotel, a village pub, a post office/village shop, a primary school and a church. Hillcrest is in the heart of this beautiful village and only a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beaches and the coastal paths which lead along the headland to Bantham, Hope Cove and Salcombe. The larger beach at South Milton is National Trust owned. The nearby market town of Kingsbridge offers a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, a medical centre, leisure centre and cinema. Totnes (16 miles) offers a regular main line train service to London in under three hours.

Directions

Continue on the A381 from Kingsbridge towards Salcombe, taking the first right hand turn towards Thurlestone. Once in the village, pass the primary school and Hillcrest will be found a short way along on the right.
