DC/04/00684/FUL. This was a scheme on the subject site alone, for the construction of 8 townhouses. Permission was granted on 17/10/2005.
DC/06/01779/FUL. This was a scheme for both the subject site and the front site (previously Belle Vue Garage), for the construction of 21 townhouses. Permission was granted in May 2007.

We have obtained land registry documentation showing that the land is owned by our client upon a freehold basis, under two separate titles, both of which will be conveyed upon completion. Copies can be provided upon request.
