A traditionally styled modern family house in a quiet corner of the village.

Description

Dairy Cottage is modern double fronted family house, recently constructed in a traditional style using quality materials, mirroring local vernacular architecture.

Situated in a quiet side road just off the main street, the house is slightly elevated and stands behind a low brick wall with pedestrian access around both sides. There is a driveway to one side of a neighboring property which leads around to the rear of both properties to a parking area and single garage which has a pedestrian door opening onto the rear garden.

Whilst the external features are of a period style the accommodation has a more contemporary feel, the rooms suiting modern family lifestyles, with a generous living room opening onto the rear garden and a well equipped kitchen/breakfast room to one side also opening onto the garden. There is also a snug/study to the front and a utility/boot room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three doubles and one single with two bathrooms, one ensuite.

The rear garden is part patio and part lawned, ideal for entertaining and al-fresco dining, with a fenced surround and gated access to the parking area.
