Mawley Farm House is a delightful Cotswold stone village house believed to date back to late 17th Century. Whilst situated in the heart of this sought after village, the property has spacious and private gardens.
Approached from the village lane, a curving gravel drive passes the front of the house and stone outbuildings to parking beside the garage with easy access to the back door.
The main reception rooms are of good proportions for a period house and are naturally light. Most rooms have views over the pretty gardens. The drawing room has an open fireplace with interlinking door to the dining room and kitchen/breakfast room beyond.
The first floor bedroom accommodation includes a principal bedroom with en suite dressing room and bathroom, a family bathroom, two further bedrooms and a WC. On the second floor, is a fourth bedroom and a study.
The accommodation could be reconfigured and some potential buyers may wish to update and modernise parts of the main house.

Outbuildings
In addition to the main house is an extremely useful full height garage and former two storey stone stable building with access to the three main garden areas. Planning permission (pending) to convert the former stables to provide ancillary accommodation.
Gardens and grounds
The gardens at Mawley Farm House are predominantly laid to lawn with flowerbeds and mature trees. There are two large lawn areas, a swimming pool, summer house and vegetable garden. There is potential for a tennis court
subject to the necessary consents.
