Travelling from Exeter (approximately 22 miles*) From Exeter, travel north on the M5 and leave at junction 27 signed A361/A38 Barnstaple/Tiverton/Parkway. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A361, then take the first exit off the A361 towards Sampford Peverell/Halberton/Parkway and at the roundabout take the first exit. After passing Halberton Farm Shop on your right, take the next left on to Lower Town. Take the first right turn into Pethertons and immediately left to stay on Pethertons. The first turning on the right is Fishers Way, take this turning and follow Fishers Way around to the left, your new home awaits you.
