We have loved living in our flat and the only reason we're moving is so we can accommodate an elderly parent. We have invested a lot over the last five years in the flat, installing a brand new kitchen and a new shower-room with under floor heating. We designed a bespoke high bed and desk in the back bedroom for our daughter, but it can be removed if preferred. The lounge is light and airy, with new bay windows installed a few years ago and privacy provided by a stunning mature rose bush. We also paved and re-fenced the garden, and laid electric cabling for a summer house/outdoor office or for an external light socket. The garden gets the sun from the late morning until early evening and it feels positively Mediterranean sitting outside in the sunshine.

We are lucky in having lovely neighbours above and on both sides. The flat is superbly located close to Francis Road but it still remains quiet. There is a strong local community here and lots of regular Francis Road social events. Shopping local is very easy to do. Also the local schools are a very short walk away, and the Olympic Park is a close cycle ride.
