Windows and doors are Thermaglass uPVC double glazed and include two sets of bi-folds onto the large deck area. A 30kW gas combi-boiler central heating and hot water system with wireless programmable room thermostat ensures a cosy interior, whatever the weather. 

Inside, you will find the utmost indulgence with plenty of natural light. The fully furnished lounge includes a contemporary soft furnishing scheme, a feature wall with contemporary flame effect fire and high level TV position, BOSE blue tooth speaker and high end Nespresso coffee machine. 

The open-plan layout provides a high specification full-gloss kitchen, equipped with quality appliances including glass-fronted wine cooler and rising extractor panel for the five burner gas hob. Scratch resistant worktops with a generous island unit provide extra counter space and use as a breakfast bar. 

Luxurious bathrooms are equipped with LED illuminated vanity mirrors with infrared sensor and demist pad, chrome finish towel radiators and an extractor fan. The main bathroom has a double shower cubicle and thermostatic shower, while the en suite boasts a walk-in shower enclosure and separate bath. 

The main bedroom features a king-size bed with storage beneath, a walk-in wardrobe with mirrored doors and a vanity area, as well as stylish downlights. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes. 

Outside there is a large wrap-around deck area including extensive high quality garden furniture and a deck mounted storage container for the furniture cushions. 

To the rear of the lodge there is a screened hot tub for up to 4 people. 

The lodge is flanked on two sides by woodland and enjoys the prime position on this tranquil site.
