The final room is the smallest of the three and is a single. It is front facing and still bright, but it is over the stairs and this is evident in an angled part of the wall in one corner.

Return to the ground and floor and step out of the conservatory into a low maintenance back garden. The entire space is paved, so it's great for guests and there's enough versatility here to add life and colour as you see fit.
