Crofthandy is situated approximately equidistant between the North and South Cornish coasts, just outside the village of St Day. The land has vehicular access off Trewelm lane.

All offers to be delivered to the solicitors, Nalders, North Wing, Bickland House, Bickland Water Road, Falmouth TR11 4SB in a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Tender for Land off Trewelm Lane.
A digital copy of the formal Tender Pack will be available from the Agents. The pack will contain the legal documentation with regard to the property, as well as useful further information including searches.
In order to conform with Money Laundering Regulations all tenderers are required to provide two forms of identification - certified photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and proof of current address (recent utility/Council Tax/bank statement).
When submitting a tender on 10th June before 2pm, a deposit cheque equivalent to 10% of your offer will also be required, payable to Nalders Solicitors. Whilst the vendor is not obliged to accept the highest or any offer, if one of the offers is accepted, the solicitor will sign the Tender / Memorandum of Sale whereby there will be a legally binding agreement with Exchange of Contracts taking place.
