After viewing the property details / photos online and viewing a video tour where possible, we ask that you complete an application for the property. You will also need to pay the equivalent of one weeks rent as a holding deposit. Once paid the property will be reserved for you until a physical viewing can take place.

After viewing the property if it is not suitable and you do not want to proceed with the application we will refund the holding deposit in full. As you have seen the video and know what to expect it is highly likely you will still want to proceed with the application. Once you confirm you want to proceed references can begin, at this point the holding deposit becomes non-refundable and if you withdraw your application the funds will be held to cover the costs of references.

Where a Tenancy has not completed within 15 days of the holding deposit being paid the funds will be returned, unless an extension to the 15 day period has been agreed between you and ourselves in writing.
