A wonderfully spacious and characterful four bedroom family home in a central hamlet location adjacent to the River Cober between Redruth and Helston.

• Historic former sawmill conversion
• Four bedrooms
• Sunlounge
• uPVC double glazing
• Oil fired central heating
• Detached double garage and carport
• Approx. ½ an acre of garden & grounds

Once the historic local sawmills to the area, this collection of lovely old stone buildings has in more recent times been converted into an L-shaped courtyard of five practical homes. This one is tucked into the corner where it catches the morning sun on the front. It incorporates the distinctive feature of a ‘tunnel’ leading from the front to the rear within which is a practical store room having an oil boiler.

The refreshingly spacious accommodation comprises at ground floor; a comfortable lounge with a wood burner, a kitchen diner and a sunlounge. At first floor; there is a large bathroom and four excellent bedrooms, three of which have built in wardrobes and views over the rear garden and meadow.

The house is warmed by oil-fired central heating and the windows have been replaced with mahogany coloured uPVC double glazed windows and doors.

The terrace is fronted by a large gravel courtyard providing both parking and turning space whilst to the rear there is an additional parking area and access to the privately owned double garage with carport, and somewhat unusually for a house of this type and approximate 0.5 acres meadow running alongside the river.
