The Old Malt Kiln was originally built in 1897 and was home to the former malting house, this comprised of malting floor and a malt kiln to the south end of the building. Local grains that were harvested in local fields were then loaded into the building and matured until drying and ready for production.
This project has been undertaken by RESTORE who are a team of experienced developers who have individually designed and renovated the Old Malt Kiln with sympathetic, bespoke features but also designed the layout to provide light, space and in mind of modern life.

Directions
Leave Wetherby via the B1224 and head towards York. Take the second turning left signposted Tockwith and upon entering the village turn left onto the Main Street. Identified by Hunters for sale boards the site is located behind the local public house.
