In addition, kitchenette contain a fridge/freezer, hob & extractor fan as well as a small dining table & chair(s). Utility bills such as electricity, water & WiFi are all inclusive.

6 month minimum tenancy (subject to successful references being passed)

A £250 security deposit is payable prior to move in & will be protected by the DPS until the end of your tenancy.
