    The Nottingham, Beeston office is one of two operated and run by myself; Julian Divine, Chris Davis and Adrian Hackett (the other is Nottingham, Sherwood). We bought the original franchise back in 1995, and to be honest, we couldn't have picked a worse time! I know that nobody feels sorry for an estate agent but the market was so depressed nothing was selling! However, the one thing we did learn was how to sell a property, which may sound obvious, but when there are only a few serious buyers you quickly learn to identify who they are, listen to what they are saying and work really hard to help them!

    Right from the beginning we both knew what we wanted; a business to be proud of. First on the agenda was to offer the best customer service, (especially as we live locally!). This mantra has enabled us to build a good solid reputation of which we are fiercely proud.

    In 2000 we purchased the offices we now occupy; they required so much work we had to lodge in the outbuildings while it was completed! Now though we have created an environment that is great for us and also our clients.

    We have a team of eight bright, enthusiastic staff. We are experts in selling and letting properties across Nottingham, and utilise the latest technology to support our administration and marketing.
