Established by Michael Roach Snr in 2005, Roach Estates started out in Walton, the place we still call home. As a former mortgage broker, a father and a homeowner from a young age too, Michael saw a need in his community for an estate agents with a difference.
Roach Estates moved to County Road in 2005 and set about developing ‘no rent in advance and no deposit’ rentals for families struggling to get together large sums together to let a property.
Fast forward more than 15 years and Michael, now joined by his son and Managing Director Michael Jnr, has proven his professional yet personal approach and has helped countless families in the process.
