PropertyZen was founded by Marco Baptista, a well-respected property professional with two decades of experience in residential sales, lettings, and management.

Marco began his journey in 2005 as a founding member of Brinkleys Estate Agents, where he established and scaled its lettings department. Since then, he has worked internationally, co-founded Kariba Properties, and assisted in its acquisition of Brinkleys, bringing his career full circle.

His philosophy has always been simple: build relationships, act with integrity, and deliver thoughtfully. Clients value his calm approach, in-depth market knowledge, and quiet ability to get things done.
