As a husband-and-wife team we have been selling properties across the central belt of Scotland for far too many years to count, but the one thing that has remained constant through thousands of transactions is our desire to deliver the best service possible whilst minimising stress. Having worked over the past 6 years for some of the largest names in Estate Agency we came to the conclusion that there was a disconnect between the company and the client. To this end we decided to launch Housespotters with the aim of making the customer the center point of the journey. By using technology when it can be helpful and face to face servicing, we deliver a seamless product for the customer.

For over ten years we have been at the forefront of marketing properties firstly with 360° tours back in 2008 and then we were one of the first agents to provide Matterport Tours to our clients, today customer portal access to follow the journey and 4K videos with drone footage are amongst the tools we make use off to enhance the desirability of your home.
