Easy Home Lets & Sales is an Independent Lettings & Sales Agent, operating from a distinctive office in the heart of Coppull Village in a busy prominent spot on Spendmore Lane. 

Easy Home Lets & Sales was formed in February 2012 by the dynamic duo - Directors, Sue Potter (former Police Officer) and Charlotte Forrest who together have many years' experience in the housing market. They both share the same ethos in wanting to provide a truly excellent service standard based on honesty, integrity and reliability. Since opening their Agency with no properties on their books, they now successfully and proudly manage more than 250 Fully Managed Lets and efficiently sell numerous properties quickly every month, which is purely down to teams hard work, commitment and dedication in running their successful business.

Fast to today and it has now become a real family affair with Charlotte's two daughter's Bethany & Gaby, Sue's daughter in law Victoria and loyal member of staff Lauren who is also considered a family member due to her long and dedicated service. All sharing the same fantastic work ethic, taking pride in not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of customers, in providing a service which stands alone from the rest and a service which grows through word of mouth from happy tenants, landlords and vendors.
