Chapman Property Agent is a Family run Lettings and Property Management Agency based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, however we are able to cover most of South Wales from the team we have in place.

We manage small and large portfolios of residential letting properties throughout the Rhondda Cynon Taff, Mid Glamorgan and Cardiff areas based in South Wales.

We pride ourselves on high customer service, satisfaction and placing a high priority on communication with both landlords and tenants.

We take care of all aspects of Lettings and Property Management. This includes the arrangement of
