Our story began with Gary, an ex-British Army serviceman who, after a decade of dedicated military service, sought new challenges and commenced his academic pursuit at university. It was there that he encountered the powerful concept of Relationship Marketing, a philosophy founded on nurturing long-term customer connections rather than focusing solely on singular transactions.

Inspired by the rich potential of Relationship Marketing and the wealth of business knowledge amassed from his readings, Gary set forth to establish a business that embodied these principles. He envisioned a business model where efficiency wasn’t just a buzzword, but the backbone of a 5-star service delivery that benefits both the company and its clients. The goal was simple yet profound – to lower client fees through streamlined processes without compromising quality or personal touch.
