This location is perfect for students or professionals, the University of Cumbria in Lancaster, Royal Lancaster Infirmary and Lancaster University are easy to get to either by car or using the buses. Internally this house has been fully refurbished and is offered in immaculate condition with 5x double bedrooms, 3 x En-suites and one communal bathroom plus a generous modern kitchen diner.
