*Vendors comments* "I absolutely love this home. The first thing I fell in love with, is how unexpectedly spacious the flat is, and I love the high ceilings.

I knew as soon as I walked in, after searching through several properties, that this is the one I'd call home. The size of the garden and the kitchen were what sealed the deal for me. I've held several epic summer BBQs in the garden, which is spacious, and very picturesque during the summer months.

I've loved living here, and I'm very reluctantly selling, due to the fact our family is expanding and we need more room. I decorated the property four years ago when I moved in, and refreshed it two years ago. The Kitchen was modernised in June 2020. The cellar has excellent potential for expansion, and whilst the decor is lovely, I know I have barely tapped into the properties true potential for expansion.

This home is in an ideal location for those that need to access a train station, its a three min walk from Norwood Junction train station, and has several stations and bus stops servicing the local area, it's close proximity to the high-street makes it ideal, you are spoilt for choice in terms of access to supermarkets, and fresh fruit and produce grocers. The fact it comes with a drive is a rarity in London.

I love this property so much, and my only concern is that I find a property as beautiful as this one. I knew instantly as soon as I saw this house, I had to have it, and I just hope I'm fortunate enough to find somewhere else that ticks all the boxes like this place did for me".
