*vendor comments* "I have been living in the property for over 10 years now. After spending some of my childhood growing up in Crystal Palace I have always loved it's surrounding areas, and the location of the flat was perfect.

When I first walked in the flat, I was blown away by the large living room with its high ceilings, natural light and beautiful views and knew this would be my home. In Summer the light just pours into the flat. The passage leading to the bathroom and bedrooms felt airy, light and spacious which I really loved. One of my favourite things about the flat is the kitchen is just off the living room so it's easy to cook and keep an eye on things if you are watching TV, or working at the same time. The main entrance to the building is also really welcoming and spacious, so if you are coming in with shopping or furniture there is plenty of room.

There are a lot of local shops with Tesco Metro at the bottom of the hill, Sainsburys in Whitehouse Road and Crystal Palace, as well as Aldi and many other shops on the high Street.

Transport links are brilliant. Norwood junction is a 15 minute walk or a quick bus ride away with access to London stations. East Croydon and Crystal Palace are also really accessible. Another amazing aspect is having the convenience of the bus stop directly outside the building, as well as private parking. You can jump on a bus to West Norwood or Brixton to get the tube into Victoria or Oxford Circus and before you know it you are there!

The property is share of freehold and the neighbours are friendly and welcoming. The outside of the building was decorated a couple of years ago now and looks stunning from the roadside or if you are approaching the hill; it really stands out.

I will be downsizing which is the reason for my move but hope to resettle not too far away in the near future.

I'm sure the next owner will love the property as much as I have".
