From the current vendor:
When I purchased this property I was looking for easy access to the city for work, and close to shopping areas along with outside space. This property ticked both boxes with having a huge walkout terrace that’s great for summer as its West facing so I had the sun all day from 11am to sunset, and a quick walk to the DLR.

Some of the bonus’ about this property was that it had air conditioning which has been great in summer months, but in the winter is really economical as I don’t use the heating as much being on the top floor.

The kitchen and living area is spacious and I have a lot of cupboard and worktop space which is great. I recently refurbished the kitchen to a high standard to give a more design feel. I also incorporated hidden storage to the living room and a hidden drinks cabinet! Great for entertaining.

In the principle bedroom I took out the original wardrobe and put in a much larger triple wardrobe to make more use of the space, and I had panelling installed with bedside wall lights put in to give the bedroom a hotel look. I also decorated the second bedroom to reflect the hotel look I was going which is great when I have guests over.

I carried the design elements over to the hallway and had half panelling and concealed storage put in, the radiators have been covered so it creates a streamlined look when you first walk into the property. The doors to all rooms have also had a makeover to fit in with the design.

Overall this property has been great to live in, from the location, to the outside space and the development is a nice secure friendly place.

It’s very rare to have a flat within a central location with the size and amount of outside space that this property offers. I spent all my time outside in the summer and the pergolas offered a great place to work from home, along with entertaining.
