East Croydon and West Croydon are only a 15 minutes' walk away where you can access London bridge and Victoria in 21 minutes, Clapham Junction in 13 minutes and Gatwick in 23 minutes. By car you can access the M25 in 15 minutes and you benefit from quick access to trams and the 359, 412, 433 and 64 bus routes that are very close by.
