STUDY BEDROOM The study bedroom includes it's own en-suite shower room, plenty of wardrobe, book and other storage space, a workstation with high speed wired and wifi internet access, numerous power points, TV aerial points, White board and pin board.  

KITCHEN CONTAINS: Table and chairs, a large fridge and separate freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils.  

LIVING AREA CONTAINS: A flat screen TV with Netflix subscription, high speed wifi internet access, comfortable seating.  

COMMUNAL USE: There is a free communal laundry with washing machines and tumble driers and secure bike storage facilities.  

SECURITY: Entrances and common parts are all monitored via CCTV and entry to the building and apartments is controlled via the latest door entry and video control technology.
