Mother chose Linters Court as it is an Assisted Living development and as such makes every day easier by having a restaurant for lunches and some domestic help.

Also there is always someone on site 24 hours every day should a problem arise, and additional care is available if required. She could retain her independence and continue to own her own home.

Although the service charge is necessarily higher than for a conventional retirement flat, it is only a fraction of the cost in a residential home.
