This property has been our home, where our children were raised and went to local schools. They've now moved away to start their own homes and it is now time for us to move closer to them and our grandchildren.

We loved the idea of Thornton Heath Rail station being a short walk away walk with its connections to Victoria, London Bridge, Gatwick and the South coast; where we spend a lot of time with our children. With Croydon town centre reachable by bus we have an array of excellent shopping facilities, and the library is only a few mins away too.

Our home has three large bedrooms, two large receptions and a large garden. Norbury Brook is at the bottom of our garden. Though we have the space, we have never had the need to extend our property or do a loft conversion, though the majority of our neighbours have done so.

Outdoor living has always been a way of life for our family and our garden with BBQ shelter is at the heart of living in this house. The garden has always been a haven, especially recently during the pandemic. It is full of mature plants which bloom especially during the Spring & Summer.

We repainted and decorated indoors about a year ago with the bathroom and WC redone about two years prior.

We will miss this home for the happy and blessed times we had here with our family and friends".
