The room is bright and airy. The property has been re-furbished to a high standard and feedback from the fellow tenants suggests that they enjoy living in the shared house.
There is a large, fully equipped communal kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, fridges and freezers. Each tenant has their own food storage cupboards. There is a separate laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.
The kitchen leads onto the lounge area which has a 40", wall mounted TV; this includes the Sky Sports channel.
Outside there is an area of decking and enclosed garden. Here there is a clothes line, secure bike shed and hot tub (operational at Landlord's discretion).

The bedroom is fully furnished with bed, mattress, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV connection and CAT 5 Broadband socket. The en-suite has a thermostatic shower.
Rent includes all bills; this covers a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener (covid restrictions permitting)
All fire alarms have been hard wired in and all council standards met. When re-furbishing the house, good quality sound proofing materials were used.
The house, Westmount, is in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is in a good location within a short walk of Parkstone Railway Station, bus stops, convenience stores and the bars and bistros of Ashley Cross.

One month's rent and 5 weeks deposit is required on this property.
