Inglesham is a pretty hamlet located approximately 1 mile south of Lechlade with good road access to Swindon, Cirencester and Oxford, as well as nearby to the River Thames and the Thames Path.

Lechlade itself is a picturesque historic Cotswold market town boasting a vibrant community and offering a wealth of well-regarded day to day amenities including a popular primary school, convenience store, butchers, dentist, medical centre and numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants. Each Summer the town also plays host to a flourishing three day, family friendly musical festival.

The town is situated approximately equidistant of Cirencester and Witney, both of which offer a wider range of amenities - including Waitrose supermarkets, whilst the latter also offers a Cineworld multiscreen cinema.

Other local centres include Highworth, Burford and Fairford, whilst the main regional centres of Cheltenham and Oxford are easily accessible via the A40 some 8 miles distant.
