The family bathroom is also located on this floor, white metro tiles line the walls mixing perfectly with a mosaic tiled floor. Making your way up to the second floor, you will find the romantic master bedroom. It is a spacious room with stunning views over Reigate and tranquil too, so you can ensure a peaceful nights sleep, there is also a W/C on this floor.
A huge added bonus to this home is the off-road parking, a rarity down this road. If you commute to and from work, Reigate and Redhill train stations have great links to London, Gatwick and Brighton and you can also be on the M25 within 15 minutes.
"This particular location for me has always been a favoured one, as I know that each summer, some of the roads and friendly neighbours host a summer street party and the local village shops are all unique from The Oven Fresh bakery with fresh baked cakes and bread every day to Sea Salt Fish & Chips shop, the perfect place to grab dinner on a lazier evening. This property in particular for me is an ideal family home which is spacious, immaculately presented and I love the character it holds whilst still being kept up to date."
"Lesbourne Road is well known for having a real community spirit to it - all our neighbours are wonderful and we gather for various occasions to socialise and Halloween is a big highlight for us all, the decorations are worth a drive by! Its a great village feel here and were incredibly lucky to have some lovely shops a 2 minute walk away. Extending the living area downstairs has meant that we can host large family christmases and enjoy the free flow of indoor and outdoor living in a way we couldnt before throughout the summer. The addition of the drive is a brilliant bonus! We moved to this area specifically so that we would be in catchment for Parish, Holmesdale and Reigate Priory Schools and, as such, have been spoilt for choice which is a unique position to be in."

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
