The property has been sympathetically converted to make most of the views whilst accommodating more modern family requirements. There are elements of the property that a buyer may wish to update however the setting amongst the old walled garden with far reaching views. The approach to the house is along a gravel drive flanked with lawns either side and studded with mature trees.

Internally, the main reception rooms are well proportioned with generous ceiling heights and ample storage. The kitchen offers an Aga and bay windows overlooking the gardens. The overall accommodation is arranged over three floors and incredibly versatile. For example, there is currently bedroom on the ground floor which could make a wonderful home office or study.

The gardens are delightful, lovingly and expertly planted with shrubs, bulbs, roses and clematis, and framed by period stone walls to provide ample shelter and security. In the front of the house is a double garage with plenty of storage above, plus an adjoining greenhouse.

The Stable House is situated in a very accessible but rural setting on the edge of the delightful village of Hinton Waldrist between Longworth and Buckland. The village is centred around a mid-13th century Church which can be seen from the property as well as The Old Rectory and The Manor House. There are delightful walks along the River Thames which runs at the bottom of valley.
